Pain Seminar

With Dr John Quintner

on

Sunday December 7, 2003

Venue to be announced

Dr John Quintner, a consultant rheumatologist in Perth, has long held interests in the clinical management of unexplained musculoskeletal pain syndromes.

He has published extensively on diffuse and regional pain syndromes including fibromyalgia, RSI, and whiplash, and together with Associate Professor Milton Cohen, has internationally pioneered a critical appraisal of the psychogenic interpretation of such syndromes whilst insisting upon the utmost rigor in any scientific investigation thereof.

He will bring to Adelaide a fresh, insightful approach to these common and frustrating causes of human distress.
