SACOSS 2005 Annual General Meeting

SACOSSAt 9:45am there will be a panel comprising representatives from the minor parties in South Australia, who will respond to our recently released blueprint for the elimination of poverty in SA, Extending Opportunity to All.

Panel members will include:

Kate Reynolds MLC (Democrats SA);

Dennis Hood (Upper House representative for Family First); and

Kris Hanna MP (Greens SA).

The panel will be introduced by Dr Clem Macintyre, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Politics at The University of Adelaide, who will speak on the role of the minor parties and the independents in the political process in South Australia.

Dr Macintyre wrote the chapter “The State of Politics” in the newly released publication The State of South Australia.
