This seminar replaces ME/CFS Australia (SA) Inc annual Seminar originally scheduled for May 11, 2005. All are invited.

While he is in Adelaide, Prof De Meirleir will spend two days working with local medical professionals on protocols for understanding ME/CFS.

Note from the president:

This is an unparalleled opportunity to hear an eminent researcher talk about the cutting edge of CFS research internationally.

So please – take a moment to think of anyone you know who might be interested in hearing him. The fact is that less than 10% of people with CFS in SA are members of the Society. That means about 90% of those who need to know will be getting our reminders about it. So pass on the word. Bring a mob on the night. Make it a party!

And PS: remind them not to wear strong perfumes or deodorants. And if they’re smokers – kindly ask them to come along a bit less relaxed but a lot easier for everyone else to be around. In short, ask them not to smoke before they come to the meeting. A little detail – but it can cause problems at these shows.

– Peter Cahalan, President, ME/CFS Australia (SA) Inc
