Mental health Meeting

MHCSACFS is not a ‘mental health’ problem – even if some of us feel that a few outsiders want to pigeonhole us thus! But nevertheless, this meeting is one of those opportunities during the heat of an election campaign where we need to keep in touch with the wider agendas and, if there’s a chance, to influence them. And you never know when that opportunity will arise.

So we’d urge any members who have the chance to attend the meetings and to let us know after whether they saw any issues emerge which we might be able to use as leverage in the struggle to get CFS concerns better dealt with.

This meeting will be attended by all major policital parties and is an opportunity to bring attention to mental health in the lead-up to the State election. This is your chance to hear what our political leaders think about this important issue.
