This seminar is presented by internationally acclaimed, Sydney-based Dr Shaun Matthews, Holistic Medical Practitioner and Ayurvedic Therapist. Dr Matthews was an Associate Lecturer at the University of New South Wales from 1992-2995.

The seminar

This seminar is designed to give participants insights and practical tools in how to facilitate healing from chronic illness.

Healing is seen as a multi-dimensional process that takes into account the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our lives. The seminar will feature both theoretical and experiential learning sessions, as well as interactive discussion and time to get answer to any of your questions. You will learn how to successfully integrate a number of different healing approaches into a contemporary lifestyle and the realistic demands of family life. You will be given pracitcal tools you can immediately use to get real results.

Maximising your potential for healing using a holistic approach

Practical ways to work healing into your daily life

How to improve immune system functioning using simple dietary measures

The role of intuition and how to be receptive to messages in your life

Demonstrations of Yogic and Ayurvedic techniques that rejuvenate the mind and body and support the immune system

Learn how to do a deeply restful and easy meditation for yourself

Living in tune with one’s life purpose and its benefits in self-healing from a chronic disease
