Kenny De Meirleir forum follow-up meeting

June 30, 2005

Many members and lots of other people interested in CFS attended the June 2 forum by Prof Kenny De Meirleir. We’ve had lots of enquiries since then for reports, summaries etc of both what he said and of the discussions at the two-day researchers’ seminar held at the University of Adelaide on June 3-4.

Having attended the forum, I can tell you that the discussions were fascinating but highly technical. The best people to report on them – and to decode Kenny De Meirleir’s more technical material for the rest of us folk – are the local experts who met with him

So, after some toing and froing, we’ve been able to set up a meeting for you to hear from them. So put the following in your diary:

Saturday July 30 at 2pm,
St Peters Catholic Parish Hall,
80 Payneham Road, Stepney.

We’ll send out further information about this. So far, Dr John Graham and Dr Richard Kwiatek have agreed to speak, and Dr Richard Burnet is checking his diary.
