By the way: we’ve been called Croweaters for almost 150 years. Our sister colonies in the nineteenth century thought there wasn’t much else to eat here than crows. We proved them wrong later and in the 1980s led Australia in creating the new ‘fusion’ style of Australian cuisine – a blend of European and Asian methods and ingredients. And then there’s our wine…
