It is for your information and to share with others to help us spread awareness of ME/CFS/FM. Lack of understanding in the community mostly comes from lack of knowledge – so the more people who know about ME/CFS/FM the more understanding there will hopefully be. If you have ME/CFS/FM or know someone who does, please help to empower everyone!
