The Society on Facebook

ME/CFS Australia (SA) Inc adds another facet to its digital presence with the world of Facebook.
Facebook is a social networking tool which, in their words, “gives people the power to share and makes the world more open and connected. Millions of people use Facebook every day to keep up with friends, upload an unlimited number of photos, share links and videos, and learn more about the people they meet.”
The Society has a Group page where Facebook users can join as members of that group for free, where people can: read and create discussion threads; connect with other people in similar positions; add internet links, photos and videos; and receive information on the Society’s meetings.
We also have a Cause page, which links Facebook users to our fundraising partner ourcommunity.com.au. We hope that, as Facebook develops, they will be able to accept donations directly, as they do with American beneficiaries.
Facebook has great potential for helping us connect with our members, so we’d love to see you there!
