More chronic illness in young people

Marketplace from American Public Media has an audio broadcast about an increase in young people with chronic diseases.
The introduction to the broadcast states that “A new study says we're paying 40 percent more for out-of-pocket medical costs than a decade ago. A rise in chronic diseases earlier in life are partially to blame”.
