Tea & Theanine for Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue SyndromeSunday 25 January 2009 Adrienne Dellwo reports on the benefits of drinking tea – or, more specifically, an amino acid found in black and green tea that can help alleviate the symptoms of ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia.
