Carers / Member's Forum with Ray Zegebroks
Ray will discuss “What are some of the things that CFS sufferers can do to get better and hopefully continue to get better so that in due course most will recover completely.”

Disability discrimination lawyer John Steele

Saturday 13 June
Dr Ross Philpot
Dr Philpot will discuss Rickettsia and CFS. Specifically, the symptoms, the research, the causes, the management and the treatments.

Saturday 18 July
Psychologist Liz Vaskin
“Mindfulness meditation and ME/CFS”
Liz will discuss the benefits of meditation and give participants an introduction to some simple meditation techniques.

Saturday 5 September
Naturopath Belle McCaleb
Belle will review dietary, nutritional medicine and herbal medicine approaches to treating CFS and enhancing health. She will review some of the scientific research/rationale supporting these approaches, the role of detoxification, lifestyle considerations and recommended nutritional and herbal remedies.
