NHS Choices videos

NHS Choices The UK’s NHS Choices website has two videos on its website – one from a patient’s perspective in its section on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and one from a doctor’s perspective.

The patient video is a good introduction to ME/CFS for people who may not know much about it. The video features Annette who says: “Don't give up hope. It’s a wonderful world out there! Find out what you can do to make yourself happy.”

The doctor video features Dr Charles Shepherd, medical adviser to The ME Association, and who has ME himself. He describes symptoms, diagnosis and treatments.
