Ride for CFS update

Here’s the latest update from Ride for CFS:
We deposited another $475 last week into the ME/CFS fundraising account. The money is coming in in dribs and drabs from all over the place – some is being handed to us/collected by us and some is being directly deposited (hopefully).
The only running total we have is the bank account itself and it would be nice to know what the total is when someone there has the time to check. We are pretty sure we have raised over $3,000 but there is more to come. Today we received a very kind and generous cheque in the mail for $400 that we did not know was coming.
Please can we put on the website that it is not too late to donate? As the ride is over, some people are thinking they have missed the opportunity to donate but we will continue fundraising for a few months yet.
Nick is planning to go on McNamara's ABC Radio National programme one Sunday morning. The local ABC radio station has not contacted Nick.
We wrote an article (my husband did) at short notice to go in the Emerge newsletter – however, my husband tells me he didn't attach how to donate!
Did you see the article in the Northern Argus newspaper? That could probably go on the website ...much better than the one in the Messenger...
