Story contest

ME-CFSCommunity.com is holding a competition for stories about ME/CFS, either in written or video form.
The competition is being sponsored by Dr Herbert Hyman, MD FACP, one of the founders of the organisation.
Dr Hyman says that "the central theme of each contest entry must be about any one or more aspects of the group of debilitating illnesses called ME/CFS (among them: myalgic encephalomyelitis, chronic fatigue syndrome and post viral fatigue syndrome). Stories about dealing with, caring for or having a relationship with those so affected are welcome as well."
First prize in the video category is $US500 (runner-up receives $US250).
First prize in the written category is $US250 (runner-up receives $US100).
