Sleep and Chronic Fatigue Study

Friday 24 July 2009

SleepDr Mark Kohler, of Adelaide's Women's and Children's Hospital, is conducting a study on the effects of sleep on children with ME/CFS and is looking for participants.

You can download a flyer for the study here (PDF, 168KB).

Here's the text of the flyer:

Sleep and Chronic Fatigue Study

Between 8 & 18 years old?

Suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

Become involved in a new study looking at sleep and chronic fatigue...

We believe trouble sleeping will effect daytime tiredness and fatigue, behavior and mood, concentration and school/work performance of children and adolescents with CFS. Management and treatment of sleep complaints may provide significant benefits for many children with CFS. You are invited to participate in this new research, either as a sufferer of CFS, or as someone without CFS. Involvement of children and parents from both groups are vital for the success of this study.

For more information please contact Dr Mark Kohler on 8161 8393 or email mark.kohler@adelaide.edu.au.
