Survey based on the MCS criteria

Dorothy Bowes from ASEHA Qld is conducting a survey as part of developing the Multiple Chemical Sensitivity GP guidelines in SA.
Dorothy says:
"We are currently writing GP Guidelines for MCS for publication and are unable to gather the data we want from any journal sources or the internet. We have devised a survey based on our work thus far.
The survey is not invasive – it is only about MCS and no personal details are gathered. The information is being collated on a database and only two people will see it – myself who gathers it and Sharyn who puts it on the database for analysis. The information re medications is essential if we are going to be able to complete the guidelines and not lose GPs because it is all too hard. Sharyn and myself are working very hard to make the diagnosis of MCS plausible and possible. Please give us your support.
If you know others with MCS please pass it on to them and ask them to complete the survey and email it back to me. We need a minimum of 40 surveys to do a good analysis. Australians only please.
