Enjoyable Exercise part 3 - Parkour
It's all about running, jumping and climbing through the urban environment, at your own level. The idea is that by overcoming the physical obstacles in your path you can overcome the mental obstacles in your life.

Post-pandemic fitness
Who wants to exercise when your muscles ache, you're short of breath and extremely tired? That's what people who've had COVID-19 are reporting, months down the track. And it's making it hard to get back a level of physical strength and function that lets them get on with their lives again.

Guests:

Amy Han - parkour instructor
Mike 'Smo' Snow - parkour instructor
Russell, Hazel, Pete - parkour participants
Meredith King - physiotherapist; chair Australian Physiotherapy Association's cardio-respiratory group
Georgia Mooney - diagnosed with coronavirus in March

Duration: 29min 7sec
Broadcast: Sat 10 Oct 2020, 10:30am
