The Society gears up for improved services

Three exciting projects have been put in place by the Society:

The Information Project will create a database of information about our illness and will be an accumulation of the knowledge and experience of our members;

The Volunteer Project will tap the skills of our members and the community, ensuring that we offer something in return – friendly company, rewarding work, opportunities for training and work experience, plus the benefit of new services to members, made possible by the work of volunteers; and

The Rural Health Project will put country people in closer contact with the Society and with up-to-date information about diagnoses, treatments and services for people with ME/CFS.

All three projects are underway. Project Coordinators Anne Tichborne, Cathie Powell and Bill Daniels talk above about the planning that went into their projects, and how they work.
