Eucalyptus oilA big Hello to everyone there at the CFS office. I have just logged on to the site and thought I would send you a recommendation which I have found to be really great. I suffer from intense leg and arm pain and it is normally always at night when you desperately want to get to sleep. For years now the doctors have put me on a number of pain medications. Yeah, they work for a while and then you have to go to something stronger and stronger. When my GP in Adelaide realized what I had been put on he put a stop to it there and then. So there I was in complete agony, having shocking withdrawal symptoms, and sleep was totally out of the question. I tried nearly everything I could get my hands on to stop the pain. Finally something worked. It was so simple, cheap and non-harmful it still amazes me. So what is my miracle pain reliever? It is quiet simply eucalyptus oil. Yep, that’s right – I just rub a bit onto the area that is painful, and for some reason the pain goes away and I sleep like a baby. Yes it smells a bit but hey, I couldn’t care less if it smelt like cow manure. I would still use it, and the best thing about it is it also clears the nose ha ha. It has worked for me and it is safe.
