President’s end of year reports 2002

I believe it is important for the membership to be kept fully informed as to the state of their Society. Because of this I have decided to provide effectively three reports beginning with a look at the future. This is followed by my President’s Report presented at the AGM of November 9, 2002. I have taken the liberty of expanding on some of the points made at the AGM, for the sake of clarity, but not added new ones. They appear in the final report which rectifies some omission from my AGM report, and brings you up to date with events up until late December.
